How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

If you do not feel comfortable installing one of our racks on your own, we work with a group of professional assemblers and installers. You can find a professional in your area by doing a zip code search here: ACE Handyman Services

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    Nice plates

    The U.S. made 10 pound weight plates are nice quality. The deep dish design lends itself to an easy grip. The plates arrived in a timely fashion and were undamaged.

    Plates that fit!

    It’s so nice to have plates that fit my bars. I ordered a garage sale change plate and the only bar it fit was a training bar. These are thick which provide great grip. I think I also like that they’re the same diameter as the 2.5s, makes it look cleaner.
