How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    I got the 16kg KB for a KB Swing Challenge I'm participating in for Wounded Veterans. It arrived about a week earlier than I was expecting it to! It was well packaged, no scratches or blemishes that I could see. Love it...will likely order more in the future!

    We purchased most of our gym from PRX. Great product and love the space saving storage! Now we are in the market for the dumbbells and storage next. My entire family uses our home gym and it's pretty legit!

    Good kettlebells, wish more sizes were covered

    The kettlebells are good quality and processing/shipping was quick. I do wish some of the gaps in kettlebell sizes on the powder coated KBs were available. No 10, 20, and 22 seems like an oversight.

    Good products, good prices, great service

    I'm very happy with the kettlebells I purchased from PRx Performance. They are well made and solid and the prices are good. I'm even happier with their service. One of my kettlebells seemed to just stop in Memphis with FedEx. I notified PRx and MaLeah with their customer service handled it quickly and professionally and I received the replacement kettlebell quite quickly. Thank you.
