“Whip” refers to the flex and rebound of a barbell shaft under load. As the weight moves, the bar bends and then snaps back, which lifters can use to generate momentum in Olympic lifts. The right amount of whip helps with smoother, more explosive lifts, while too little (or too much) can throw off timing and control.

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I love barbells and try to find bars that fill a purpose in my gym. This bar is like a mini-squat bar due to the fully knurled shaft. Speaking of knurling, it's aggressive but not overly sharp, so it's not too much. The chrome on the shaft "softens" the bite a bit, in a good way. In summary, I really like the knurling for heavy lifts. It also feels great bench pressing. I hit a PR in my first session with this bar on squat; it's very stiff, grips your back, and makes for an excellent experience. Also, the end cap is really nice, it is a raised rubber cap with a great look, which I appreciate. This bar is of very high quality, with top-notch specs, including a very high tensile strength, excellent knurling, and beautiful sleeves. Speaking of sleeves, the sleeves have the same treatment that you find on a lot of high-end firearms equipment; they are highly corrosion-resistant and harden the steel to make it more wear-resistant. I definitely recommend this bar.
