Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Bought the old fashioned spring collars with bent handles. Like PRx says: no need to reinvent the wheel. Steel spring collars are tried and proven. (Plastic collar will certainly break over time.) The price is fair as well.
