How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Great Product, minor modifications
The box is great and for a great price. When assembling the box I made a minor modification to keep the interior supports from moving. I bought a few screws and, after measuring carefully while the box was almost fully assembled minus one panel, screwed the interior supports to the outside panels to ensure they don’t move when I’m moving and tumbling the box. Great product. Thanks!
