Designed as a dual sided functional trainer, the 2 and 4 inch aluminum pulley wheels deliver smooth and controlled resistance. With a 2:1 cable ratio, the two 250lb weight stacks allow for both unilateral and bilateral training. Using the knurled handles and T-handle pop-pins, quickly move the trolley up and down the uprights to change movements in a snap. It typically takes us 3-5 business days for orders to ship from our warehouse in Fargo, ND ...unless we're experiencing high order volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Your order confirmation email will give you the most accurate information for shipping times.

Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.
