Abdominal Knee Tucks

Here is a great abdominal exercise to add to your next workout. You will first need to string your mobility band from one J-cup across to the other, being at about hip height. You will hook your feet onto your mobility band while going into a push-up position to get your body parallel to the ground.
To perform the movement you will tuck your knees up to your chest, using the mobility band to keep your feet off of the ground and as added tension to the movement. If needing more resistance you can hand walk your body farther out from your squat rack.
Perform 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps for this movement. After you are done make sure to get in front of your bathroom mirror to check out that 6 pack coming in!
