Arm Superset

In this Home Gym Hack we will be going after that arm pump we all love! We will be doing a bicep and tricep superset using a mobility band, a bench, and your squat rack. First we will have to put our bench in the bench press position in your rack. You will move your rack's J-cups to the back side of the rack, a little above the height of your bench, stringing your mobility band in between. To perform the bicep curl, you will lay backwards on the bench while grabbing one of the mobility bands. Your arms will be parallel with the ground and you will curl your hand up to your chest as you would like any other bicep curl. For the superset, you will flip so you are lying normally on the bench and get in position of a skull crusher. This will be a variation of a skull crusher and push down. While pushing the bands up, you will also be slightly pushing towards your feet for a nice squeeze of the tricep. You will perform these movements right after each other for the arm superset!
