This Home Gym Hack will help you achieve and improve a movement many people cannot do. The handstand push up!
To get started take two purple mobility bands and secure them to the pull up bar at a little wider than shoulder width apart. When the bands are hanging, put each arm through the mobility bands and get them snug under your armpits. Press your hands down onto the floor while fighting the tension of the mobility bands and then kick your feet up against the wall to get into the handstand position. The mobility bands will now be pulling your body up, which will help keep you stable and provide support while you perform a handstand push up.
This home gym hack is great for those who are just starting to learn the movement or those who need a little more assistance to push out more reps.
