Assisted Pull Ups the Right Way

We all know how to use a mobility band to help assist our pull ups, but there is always the chance that the mobility band will slip off your foot and smack you. We're here to show you how to do the same movement with ease and pain free!
First, place your J-cups at about hip height and then stretch your mobility band across. If you need more assistance, use a stronger band or move the J-cups up to add more tension. Once the band is setup, you will step both feet on top of the band. Then you can perform your pull ups with the added assistance.
