Back Superset at Home
This time Home Gym Hacks has a back superset to add to your next workout. You will need a rack with J-cups, mobility bands, and a bench or something for a seat. The J-cups will be put on the back of your rack so your mobility bands can stretch across. You will sit on your bench facing the rack with a mobility band across your J-cups and then take another mobility band for your handle. You will take the mobility band and double it up, then cross it over the stretched mobility band. Pull the handle towards your abdominal to perform your back row. The next movement for the superset you will use a lighter mobility band stretched across the J-cups. You will grab one of the bands with your hand being about a foot apart. Sitting the same as the row, you will pull your hands to your face to perform the face pull. You will perform these movements right after each other for the superset.
