Chest Fly Superset
This Home Gym Hack, the mobility band chest fly, was requested by one of our followers. We are going to incorporate the chest fly with the chest press to make it into one movement. To set up for this movement, you will need to loop your mobility band under your bench, grabbing both ends for your handles. You will set up on the bench as you would normally do for a bench press. Starting with your arms extended, you will do a chest press and then right into a chest fly. Doing both of these movements will be considered one rep. Shoot for 15 - 20 reps. Add this movement into the end of your next chest day to get those pecs burning.
