Equipment Needs for Mobility Band Bicep Curls:

  • Towel or rope
  • Wooden dowel or small broom-stick
  • Mobility band

Mobility Band Rope Curl

We are going to start by stepping on our mobility band while we hold the loop. Next, grab your towel and string it through the loop. Now everything is ready for us to perform our bicep curl. Keep your elbows tight and locked into the same spot as you pull up with your arms. If you need you can move your feet closer or farther apart to change the tension.

Mobility Band Straight Bar Curl

You can also do a bar curl with this hack. Grab a wooden dowel or maybe a small broom handle you have laying around (all about improvising) and place it through the mobility band. Now that you have it placed in the mobility band loop, you will be able to perform your curl the same way you did with the towel. Be sure to keep your elbows in the same place and tight to your body. You can also switch your grip to overhand, underhand, wider, or closer. It's all about improvisation to get the best workout for you.

That's all there is to it! Bicep curls with nothing more than a mobility band, towel, and a wooden dowel!
