Push Up Variation

Finish up your chest day with our push up variation Home Gym Hack! To do this exercise, you'll need to have a squat rack with spotter arms and a strong mobility band (we use the green one). Position the spotter arms at about knee height on the rack and then string the mobility band across them. The strength you need for the mobility band will depend on your weight. The mobility band acts as a platform for the push up variation.

Grab the mobility band at the width you'd normally do for a push up and make sure your hands do not touch the ground. Perform just as you would any other push up. This is a great movement for the end of your chest workout to burn out those stabilizer muscles.
