I ran division I track and field for the Minnesota gophers, then joined the Navy for four years as a dentist. I appreciate discipline and hard work. As a mom to two kids under three and working full-time, PRx gave me TIME back, no more commuting to a busy gym waiting for racks to free up. I workout more consistently than ever and feel like I’m the strongest, most fit version of myself.
