How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    So frustrating. Doesn't work with my PRX dip station....wrong size. Says nothing about that in the description.

    They don't sell that many products. Why would you offer something like that that is a completely different size than some of your accessories? I ordered this...checked the hole size. Didn't think for a minute they would have different size brackets that some of their accessories don't fit. Very short sighted as a product strategy, and maddening that the description doesn't make this extremely clear so it can't be overlooked.
