Keep yourself safe when you lift. Partner or not, spotter arms are designed to take a beating and catch your bar if you fail a rep. The top of the spotter arms are lined with UHMW wear strips to protect the knurling of your bar.

When you’re ready to work out, unfold your Profile® PRO Rack and attach the spotter arms to the front. Easily stored with our Spotter Arm Storage.
I purchased a pair for my Rogue Monster rack with 3"x3" vertical posts and 1" holes. These spotter arms fit great with just a touch of wobble. I just added a couple layers of foil tape underneath the nylon pads that make contact with the posts and eliminated the wobble for a perfect fit. These things are well-built and a great addition to my rack. I am extremely happy with the PRx spotter arms and I can finally, and safely, do exercises to failure.
