After serving 28 years of active duty in the Army, physical fitness was and is still a part of my everyday activities. With my erratic work schedule as a criminal investigator finding time to go to the gym was almost impossible. After reviewing a few home garage set ups, PRx was without a doubt the best choice for me. No wasted gym memberships, waiting for machines or adjusting my work schedule to make time for the gym.
