The Ironmen Change Plates are made of 95% post-consumer recycled material and cast with Class 35 Gray Iron. Even better, they're made by the only construction foundry in North America powered by 100% renewable energy (hydroelectric power).
With a 2" collar opening, these change plates fit all standard Olympic bars.

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.
