We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

I've had my squat rack for a couple months and I absolutely love it. The main reason I invested in it was to be able to work out at home exclusively. No excuses! In terms of the experience from contemplation to purchase, there were pros and cons in the process. I'm not a handy person at all so I wish there was more guidance on the web site about whether you can make a particular rack work in the specific space you have available. That being said, each time I talked with a specialist, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In terms of installing the rack, this was the scariest part. I quadruple checked all the measurements of the rack and my wall, but everything had to line up perfectly to make it work. I had nightmares about having to repack all this very heavy material to send back. Fortunately, it all worked out. One issue that PRx has to address because many others have experienced it is their packaging department. The install was almost done when we realized we were short several bolts. There's nothing more frustrating than spending a couple hours to assemble and install something and then have to drive to home depot for missing materials. At the price point of this product, it's inexcusable that they continue to allow this to happen. In the end, I'm very happy with the rack and complimentary plates holder. And as you can see from the video, I installed a floor to ceiling curtain to hide everything when not in use. I live in a condo in DC with very limited space…

Overall I’m happy with the rig. It did have visible damage to it when it arrived but I’m not sure if that was due to mishandling on the delivery company’s end. One of the numbers also hasn’t been fully punched out so after contacting PRX they said to use a screwdriver to punch it out- so I tried that with no success but it ended up adding another large scratch to the rig :/ We had to hire someone to come out to install due to stud placement issues and when we unpacked everything there were 4 flange nuts missing from the package so we did have to go out and buy some so the guy could finish installation. PRX customer service was always responsive and very helpful along the way- just some minor oversight in quality control is my only “complaint” if I had any.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our fold up squat rack. We put it in a smaller room in the basement and had no problem with the shorter ceilings (107”). We ordered the PRO cable package to go with it and I have used it in some way in every workout since we bought it. This is the perfect base piece to a home gym. I personally love the Shark Tank Teal color. The shipping was expensive but worth every penny. Everything arrived in good condition and in a reasonable time. Highly recommend.

This squat rack is the perfect size for my space - and very sturdy. Love how grippy the pullup bar is too. The wall plate storage was also a great purchase as well.
