Mount to any wall stud, pull the pin, and you're ready to go! This landmine mounts only to the wall, not a rack.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your entire order to ship from our warehouse in Fargo, ND. Many product ship within 3-5 business days ...unless we're experiencing high order volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Your order confirmation email will give you the most accurate information for shipping times.

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    Excellent way to store the barbell and also have the multi use for landmine/T Bar and other exercises. Took ten minutes at most to put together and I use it regularly.
