Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

My equipment from PRX is super sturdy and well designed. I don't have a ton of space in my garage but this equipment allowed me to turn a corner of the garage into a gym while still being able to park the car. I needed a stringer board for my equipment as the studs didn't align with where I wanted my equipment. PRX customer service took my call and helped me through the questions I had about using a stringer board. For the rack installation, I found a video on YouTube that provided clearer installation instructions than the paper version that came with the equipment. Highly recommend!

After a very basic installation process, this system works amazing and makes our workouts so much easier and keeps the space uncluttered. The installation videos and instructions are very easy to follow. Also, the delivery of everything was so fast.... I have had to wait weeks and weeks for little packages to come in from other vendors but everything showed up within 10 days.... 27 boxes... amazing! Installation wasn’t a problem and the rack is great quality. I will say the only reason I gave four stars is because the ceiling requirement is 108”. Our ceiling was built to that height standard, however, that’s BEFORE drywall is put in. So because we have textured drywall ceiling, the rack actually scrapes it just a tiny bit because we ended up with just barely under 108”. Make sure you have a full 108” to your ceiling!
Even though I don’t fold it all the way up, it’s still very low profile and I don’t regret buying this system! The attachments are also neat!

The installation manual has a chart on the last page specifying where to mount the brackets based on your ceiling height.
