Step 1: Set up your dumbbells with the rack.
Step 2: Grab your main resistance mobility band and loop around the rack upright
Step 3: Attach the other end of the band to the axle of the skateboard
Step 4: Grab a wooden dowel or recovery roller for your rower handle
Step 5: Grab your upper resistance mobility band and wrap it around the rack above the main resistance mobility band
Step 6: Loop in your recovery roller
Step 7: Set yourself up on the skateboard to start pulling!
