This system is designed for Olympic weight plates with a 2” collar opening and a max 18” diameter. Two 45lb crumb rubber weight plates fit on each peg safely - the thinner your weight plates, the more you can store. When installed properly, the only limiting factor is how much you can fit on each peg!

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I’ve got 270lbs of plates hanging on this rack with zero issues or pull from the wall. Just install into the studs as the instructions state and you will be good
