How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    Dip bar attachment

    Really happy with the purchase, delivery, installation of the holder, and durability of the dip rack that attached to my 2”x3” rack. Love the single pin convenient attachment. There was a slight wiggle when I first did dips, but I placed little felt tips on one side and the part of the post that connects to the rack for a snug fit and it’s now 100% steady. Pics show my modification if others want to try it, had an old pack of felt tips for chair legs to protect wooden floor from Lowe’s that came in handy! Thanks for a great product for my PRX home gym!
