Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I don’t know what you’d do to make this cage better. I love it. I just bought an extra set of J-cups as I’m constantly having to take the barbell down and move them. It makes it a lot more convenient if there’s an extra set you can have in place for your next exercise.

Was very easy to set up by myself. Been using for about 6 months and zero issues. Very sturdy and has been a game changer allowing me to grab a workout at home before starting the day and saving time commuting to/from the gym. Plus you never have to wait for a rack to free up!

I researched racks for almost two months before ordering the Alpha 3000 and I could not be happy with my choice. The build quality is excellent and there is plenty of room inside the frame for every lift I have tried, including good mornings, which is not always the case.
The packaging was excellent and assembly was straight forward. It may seem like a simple thing, but I appreciated that when I received the shipping notice the product was already on the way. Shipping could not have been much faster.
I added two bar holders and the band rack. The add-ons are well built and installed in minutes.
The only feature I wish the rack had is a way to attach band pegs to the bottom. I could alter the rack but would prefer not to do that so I will find a workaround.
