How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I bought this rack sense of last summer and I’m a hug fan of lifting especially I do powerlifting it’s a good rack to use and save me a lot if I failed weight's it’s good for catching heavy squats or bench and it’s very easy to move around in my garage I recommend this for everyone who wants to build up there gym

Assembly was smooth. It was engineered to be able to be assembled by one person. Fits in basement well. J-cups are sturdy. I was concerned about the diameter of the safety bars from online photos, but when I received them at home they were very sturdy. I’ve already used safety bars to offload 240 lb bench press I couldn’t get back up to J-cups. No issue and held firm. If you are squatting over 300lbs you may want to upsize to the thicker size cages, but for anything at or below those weights, it seems plenty sturdy. It has holes in bottom of frame to screw to the floor if you wanted to help it from moving a little when re-racking a heavily loaded bar after squats. Well worth the cost. I had searched for a power rack that was made in USA and not China and had thought that is what I got. I just saw in the Q&A that the Grind series is imported from overseas; that pisses me off, removing a star.

The only thing that I would recommend is the hooks that lock in the spotter bars could stand to be made from from a larger diameter material. One of them was bent when it arrived, had to bend it back. Other than that, great rack for the money.
