The Chaos4000 Half Rack was built to give you the best gym setup possible. The plate post in the back and spotter arms in the front gives you the ability to accomplish your toughest workouts. Rubber lined J-cups, numbered uprights, and a durable powder coat makes every lift possible. Don’t forget the multi-grip bar to challenge yourself!
This is the rack that can handle anything you throw at it, but it doesn’t work unless you GRIND.

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I really like the solid construction and design overall. The only complaint is that the j cups are too long. They do not allow for safe bench presses on your own because they are too long and come out an an angle. This is a poor design as they need to be shorter and more u shaped. I chatted with someone and they said there is no other option. Not sure how anyone else is benching on their own without hurting themselves. Would love a tip if possible.

We really like the rack, as it provides safety features, that allows for a person to workout alone, with heavy weights, and no spotter. I will definitely look at Grind again for other gear that I desire.

I really cannot see why anyone would not buy this rack unless they were looking for other features. I have a Parabody so I dont need a pulley system. This rack is stable, well made, easy to put together. Those reviewers who said there were not enough washers did not follow the directions correctly. I am very pleased with this product and the company is very responsive, the item arrived quickly and everything we needed was included.
