The arms can be locked in place vertically or horizontally to keep movement in one direction, or they can both be unlocked to allow for more multidirectional movement. The Build Limitless® Halo Arms® work with any 3x3 (or 75mm x 75mm) upright with 5/8" or 1" offset hole spacing.

I picked up these arms and a rack with the intention of only using the arms on it for all they can do. It takes some figuring, but you can pretty much use these to replace anything a piece of Hammer Strength plate loaded equipment can do, and a whole bunch more. Be patient, and write everything down. One setting can be the difference between ineffective and absolutely perfect.

Am a firm believer of using jammer arms during my workout. Almost all the available ones say they are adjustable, which is true in the sense that you can reposition them. What they fail to mention is the difficulty in doing so. There is a manufacturer that does make truly adjustable jammer arms but in order to do specific exercises you have to use spotter arms, straps or chains, not easy. There is one manufacture that does make adapters to enable the arms to be positioned vertical, but they have been out of stock for over 6 months. After much research I settled on PRX BL Jammer Arms. My major concern was would they fit my Titan X-3 rack. From all the information available, which wasn’t much, it stated that probably not. The reason stated wasn’t that Titan had 75x75 up rights, but the holes weren’t 5/8” and not spaced in inches but in mm. Contacted Titan and was informed that the second version of the X-3 had 5/8” holes and the spacing was in inched and not mm. Took the chance and made the purchase and was glad I did. These are fantastic and so easy to adjust up and down along with the 17 vertical hole positions. Makes doing angled seated bench pressed so easy along with seated overhead presses. The only problem I see is for the foreseeable future will be spending additional time in my gym figuring all the different configurations that I want to try, not a bad thing, but wife might not be so happy. Having own some of the best gear in the market, I can assure that this is probably the best. The built is incredibly solid and smooth. This lever arm has completed what home gyms have been missing.
I do also want to thank the customer service department for being so supportive and patient.
The video for the instruction was so helpful and easy to follow.
Over all, you will not find anything better out there. Worth every penny.
