Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Purchased the kettlebell with no issue. Upon receiving the item it came in great shape and is of good quality. The packaging could have been more robust to meet from moving around in the box, but no negative effect.

Ordered a pair of the 5lb PRx Vinyl Kettlebells. Both came damaged, as they were poorly packaged (two individually packaged kettlebells, wrap in nothing more than thin plastic, no foam/protection for handles, and the boxes were completely smashed). The top handles had chipped coating, so the underlying metal was exposed. I contacted PRX customer service, and they were quick to respond and attempted to resolve my issue. A second pair was sent out immediately by the PRX team; however, these were again packaged the exact same way. One of two were damage this time around. I again contacted customer service. They apologized, told me to keep all the kettlebells, and issued a full refund. I now have 4 5lb kettlebells and only one without damage. If there was a little more protection around the handles I think the whole thing would have been fine, but as they are shipped currently you're more than likely going to receive damaged kettlebells. I appreciate the support provided by the PRX team, and I enjoy their products; however, this experience has me purchasing kettlebells elsewhere.
